A bistro across from Jefferson Park, Amass serves French-inspired fare in a comfortable, vibrant setting. In a dining room or bar created from reclaimed materials from the neighborhood, guests can enjoy a bottle of wine from a list of over 40 carefully curated wines, a thoughtfully crafted cocktail or a cold craft beer from an ever changing line up on a bar stool from the original Gaetano¡¯s. From the kitchen, helmed by chefs Joe Troupe and Josh Stone, savor classic dishes such as Cassoulet, Beef Bourguignon and Steak Tartare or sit on the patio and enjoy fresh oysters on the half shell.
